Selection Stages

After submitting your application, our team will review your profile and assess how well it matches the program requirements.

Stage 1: Application Review
We will shortlist the top candidates based on their qualifications, motivation, and potential.

Stage 2: Boot.dev Self-Training Program (remote)— 2 Months
Selected candidates will move to a two-month self-training stage through Boot.dev.

Foothill will provide access to the platform, where candidates will complete specific courses and earn the required certificates.

During this stage, candidates will be expected to:

• Complete the assigned learning path on time.

• Attend weekly meetings with their assigned mentor.

• Show commitment, consistency, and the ability to learn independently.

Stage 3: Interview for the Paid Internship Program
After the Boot.dev stage, the strongest candidates will be selected for interviews for our Paid Internship Program.

Stage 4: Paid Internship Program — Nablus Office
The paid internship program is an intensive, on-site internship at our Nablus office, designed to help fresh graduates and early-career talent grow into Junior Software Engineers who are ready for the global software market.

Stage 5: Full-Time Opportunity
After successfully completing the paid internship program, accepted and high-performing candidates may be offered full-time positions to continue their journey with the Foothill Engineering Team.
