About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and capable HR Coordinator to join our growing People team at Foothill Technology Solutions. This role will work closely with our internal HR to implement strategic initiatives, improve internal systems, and strengthen employee experience across regions.

This is not a traditional HR role. We’re not tracking attendance or processing payroll — we’re designing better systems, improving performance and retention, and making the company a great place to work. You will help shape our culture, support our team leads, and drive people-focused initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal HR in rolling out people systems, processes, and policies across teams and regions
  (e.g., onboarding flows, internal service requests, engagement programs, SLA design).

• Co-lead employee success programs, including performance review cycles, 1:1 support, learning and development plans, and internal transfers.

• Collaborate with team leads to monitor team health and alignment: boredom, misfit, or signs of disengagement.

• Act as a sounding board for team members and a liaison between staff and leadership when needed.

• Help manage HR project execution: building tools, writing reports, tracking follow-ups, and owning small initiatives from idea to implementation.

• Provide support in talent retention, recognition programs and initiatives.

• Assist in refining and localizing HR systems for different countries (Palestine, Jordan, Chile, etc.).

• Prepare documentation, communications, and updates in both Arabic and English when needed.

Who You Are

• A strategic doer — you understand the big picture but love getting things done.

• Experienced in HR, people operations, or organizational development (2+ years).

• A strong communicator in Arabic and English.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and can figure things out even if there’s no step-by-step guide.

• Tech-savvy — comfortable working with tools like BambooHR, FreshService, and Notion (or eager to learn fast).

• You care about people and believe good HR is about building great teams, not tracking people.
